H&M is being hella adorable right now and frankly, I can't stand it (AKA I'm smitten). I'm still getting used to the fact that we can shop on hm.com instead of just staring at the computer screen and hoping to see what we saw online in stores.
There have a ton of cute things that will get you more than ready for Fall. Try having fun with textures like leather, velvet, fur, and sheer inserts even during the cooler months.
See something you like? Well go for it! Not only does H&M keep it cute, but they keep it affordable.
Let me know if you cop anything :)
Peace.

Supreme F/W 2013 Lookbook for the Win.
I love his face. Let's just get that out the way.
Supreme just put out visuals for their Fall/ Winter 2013 collection. It has an apparent retro theme with the bucket hats (told ya they were coming back), corduroy, and shearling. Below are a few of my favorite looks, but there are more pieces in other colors and styles as well. I definitely give the collection a thumbs up.
There are a ton of sportswear inspired pieces like jerseys (baseball, football, and hockey) and racing jackets. They also feature a Basquiat Cassius Clay drawing on the back of one of their jackets. I tell ya, Basquiat has became relevant in his death these past couple years like no other artist. It seems every hip hop artist has been screaming about their Basquiat this and that and every street wear clothing line has been wanting to incorporate his designs on their tees and sneakers. But I am not mad.

It's Almost That Time Again.
I don't know when it happened, but Summer is quickly coming to an end. And I must say, I'm not mad. Summer is great and fantastic and vibrant and all that....but Fall? Yea I'll be on time for that. Simply put, Fall fashion rules. It's that graceful transition period where you can still wear Summer clothes (layered of course) and start incorporating warmer items like thick cardigans and boots. I'm excited just thinking about it all.
Here are a few items from Forever 21, that are #1. Adorable, and #2. Would be great for your transition into Fall. I love the tiger sweater, the great midi dress with the cool tribal graphics, and the green faux leather varsity jacket. There are a ton of varsity jackets out there, but green is a bit of an unusual color, and F21 has a couple different styles. Get familiar. Plus the prices are definitely affordable.
Let me know if you cop anything. :)

Ri Ri's Fall 2013 River Island Collection.
I must say Miss Rihanna, you are becoming quite the designer. This trumps the Summer line ridiculously. Yes, the first collection had some edge and funk, but it wasn't distinguishable from the rest and it was pretty simple. This right here? I will be on time for.
Adam Selman, Rihanna's co-designer, told Vogue "The way I approach winter style is to layer up summer clothes, and Rihanna does the same." This is probably why we see the crop tops, high slits, and cut-outs. It may be cooling off outside, but we mustn't neglect the sexy.

BBC x Mark McNairy: "The Bee Line"
Pharrell and Mark McNairy collab on Billionaire Boys Club's latest line for Fall/ Holiday 2013. Nicknamed the Bee Line, which is clearly a reference to the black and yellow fur lined jacket below, the line focuses on jackets, button-up shirts, and trousers.
I guess they were going for the camo vibe throughout, with the face paint, but ol dude's face is really just a distraction from some pretty cool pieces. I literally put my finger over his head, lol. The line as a whole is decent if you wear the pieces as separates. It would take a real swaggy person to pull off some of these looks as they are modeled. Pharrell would have no issues doing that.

Lazy Oaf's Pop Art Inspiration for Fall 2013.
![]() |
Let me get that hair up off you, bruh. |
First of all, let me just say I love Lazy Oaf. Whenever there's a label dedicated to "pop graphic, print focused illustration," I'll be on time for it. They pick the funkiest, most eye catching prints that are totally fun and youthful.
Lazy Oaf's Fall 2013 collection for men is all kinds of right. I, as a chick, would wear every single piece. I am so ready for fall weather. The collection is filled with cool patterns, comics, burgers and candy bars. Quick question though? Why is their model so adorable?

Jeremy Scott's Plagiarism Allegation from Santa Cruz Skateboards.
Did you guys catch Jeremy Scott's F/W 2013 runway show at NYFW? (If not, I've got the highlights here.) Well Scott is in boiling hot water over the bold cartoony graphics on many of his designs. Looks like a cool original idea right? Not even a little bit.
Seems that his inspiration comes directly from Jim Phillips, a iconic artist whose work appears on many boards from California skateboard company: Santa Cruz Skateboards. It is ridiculously similar and despite statements from Santa Cruz and skateboard fans, Jeremy Scott has yet to release any statements or even give a notion that he recognizes the similarity. I think it looks even snakier that he hasn't responded to the plagiarism allegations seeing as though it looks like a direct copy.
So what do you think? It is a freaky coincidence or a straight up jock?
Keep in mind, this isn't his first plagiarism allegation...

Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear: Gryphon.
Now that Fashion Week is among us, I wanted to keep you guys updated the new collections, both popular and a little more low key. New York based clothing label Gryphon was created with the vision of reinventing the classic trench. Gryphon designer and former Vogue fashion writer Aimee Cho is all about functional yet stylish coats and jackets. Her ready to wear collection for Fall '13 is highlighted with fur, vibrant camo print, and twill accents.
Modeled by Betty Adewole, who is adorable by the way, the collection looks fun, fresh, and very "young, cool adult." Check out behind the scene footage of the shoot here on their Tumblr.
