I'm trying to figure out what I have to do in life to own this outfit. It's just that....at some point last year, around the time Beyonce joined Instagram and starting being more open about her life, she just blossomed. Her style before that point was typical blah celebrity stuff: high end, with no real style. I guess she's been taking notes from Solange, cuz the Knowles girls have been looking fabulous.

I love this particular outfit. It's casual, looks a little retro, playful and fun. I also love how Jay Z just deals with all these random ass photoshoots and lets Beyonce have her fun. They're so cute.

Don't Call it a Comeback: Timberland Boot Heels.

Do you guys remember the Manolo Blahnik Timberland boot heels that became popular like 9 years ago? I think it was around the same time people were wearing jersey dresses, which has also been revived with the jersey trend. Well I've noticed recently that they are making a come back. Whether you like it or not, it seems the Timberland heels are again relevant.

Hey guys! Hope your weekend was fabulous. Mine was pretty simple...stayed at home, cleaned up, and Netflixed to my heart's content. Nothing feels more refreshing than a clean house. Anyway, let's leave bores-ville and head to blackcelebritywomensingers-ville.

In recent months, Beyonce has stepped her fashion game all the way up. She was spotted headed to Kanye's birthday party in a striped Top Shop two-piece. She accented the look with orange heels. She's pretty much got the "black and white with random colored heels" thing down. And it looks great on her. Plus her body is ridic as usual.

Rihanna Instagramed herself rocking Balmain while at their Paris Headquarters. Trying her hardest to stick that lil butt out. She's a mess ain't she? Well she stopped by to get an exclusive look at some of their new looks and hang with Creative Director Olivier Rousteing. She must be hitting up all the iconic fashion houses seeing as though she was just at Chanel snapping photos left and right. The life, I tell ya.

I've got 2 Rita Ora looks because she has been looking too cute. In the first look, Rita's in Manchester at a festival wearing a Stella Mccartney blouse with matching shorts and 3.1 Phillip Lim Black over the knee boot sandals. I love the boot/ sandal merge. The second look really takes the cake though. With ruffles and intricate beading , she captured the essence of the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London with this grey Marchesa gown. Hair, make-up, everything. Werk.

I'm telling you guys, it's all about the clean look of black and white this Spring/ Summer. Both Jay and Beyonce were out sporting their B/W looks. She was rocking a clean white blazer and black leather shorts. I swear shorty is wearing Jay's wife beater underneath lol, which is all gravy. She gave it a pop of color with the soft green heels. It's a great, unusual color. She topped it off with a black bowl hat. I feel like she should have wore her hat lower on her face, but eh. Look at them legs doe.

Jay looks pretty basic with a "Blame Society" black tee, black jeans, and white sneakers. It isn't one of his most fashionable looks, but he's not famous for being a supermodel, so I'm going to leave homie alone. He has enough to worry about anyway. Like if Kimye expect Blue Ivy to have play dates with their recently announced baby girl. Blame society indeed.

Get Familiar With the Baggy Leather Look.

Leather pants are nothing new, but these drawstring leather jogging pants for the ladies? Yea I'll be on time for that. Spring 2013 welcomes the baggy leather pants with open arms.  Aaliyah taught us many moons ago how sexy a pair of baggy pants can be if done correctly. And these ladies are certainly keeping it sexy, but comfortable. Beyonce, Rihanna, Gwen....all rocking the new trend . I love the way Gwen looks with her wedges and blue jean leather jacket. That girl, I swear....too much cool.

The baggy (but not ridiculously baggy) style will be popular in a lot pants this season. Like with soft fitted sweatpants. Try wearing those with a pair of simple heels.

Beyonce's H&M Campaign.

So I guess earlier this year, it was speculated that Beyonce was shooting a campaign with H&M in the Bahamas, and voila, tis true. The image above is the first of many we'll be seeing of Beyonce. H&M will be releasing promo photos, print ads, and commercials with the mega star featuring a new Beyonce track "Standing on the Sun" to be sold on hm.com . She'll be sporting key summer pieces from H&M's collection, which drops early May.

Got the Instagram Going Nuts...Bey Strikes Again.

Bey put Instagram in a freaking frenzy yesterday when she uploaded this gorgeous pic of herself posing in 10 Crosby Derek Lam fabulosity. She made that simple contrasting silk floral outfit look so chic and young and every other word that's great. I'm kind've curious to see how this looks from the front, since the pants are wide legged, but I do really like the way it was styled.

And it's not really what she's wearing, it's the confidence, and the makeup, and hair. The beauty packed in this photo is exactly why we all know Jay-Z's a lucky man.

Beyonce Covers GQ's "Sexiest Women of the 21st Century" Issue.

Lord help us all. I think 2013 might officially be "The Year of the Beyonce." First the 50 million dollar Pepsi endorsement, then she agrees to headline the Superbowl XLVII half time show, now she takes the cover of GQ's February "100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century" issue looking like hot sexual chocolate. I just can't with her anymore. I think anyone would be lying if they said they weren't excited or at least curious about her Superbowl Halftime Show. I'll be watching with binoculars.

And two weeks after the Superbowl, she will premiere an HBO documentary that she directed, produced, financed, and narrated about her and her family. (yay Blue Ivy!) Now I have never stanned for Beyonce, but she is drawing me right on in. Why is she so fabulous? And she announced Destiny's Child is dropping an album this year? Sheeet. I'm done.

Well lets talk about the GQ shoot. Photographed by Terry Richardson, Bey poses mainly in cut-off tops and undies. This shoot is playful with football props and shows a more revealing version of the Beyonce we're used to, but I'm liking the look. She couldn't WAIT to show that body off. Not only is she giving us major abs, but is that underboob I see? Is it weird that I want her to turn around? Too much? ;)

Since it's inception, she's kept it rolling with fashionable forward outfits that I personally am not used to seeing Beyonce rocking.Yes, she's always been fashionable, but money brings that. I feel like I can finally see her type of style and personality outside of her music. She's totally improved.

She's been looking hella adorable...and getting all types of crunk. She seems to be rocking a lot of pantsuits and blazers. And half the time she's wearing leather like the unisex leather black sweatpants or the red skinny legs.

Get Familiar: Funky Head-Wear.

I feel we're coming into a time where it's going to be all about the head-wear: beanies, baseball caps, furry hats, turbans, leather, etc. I've always been pretty good at spotting trends before they become super trendy. My best bet is, regardless of what your outfit is doing, if you're wearing a dope hat, you may have just saved or enhanced your fashion life.

There's nothing better than a cool, interesting piece of head-wear. Huge hats, tiny hats, embellished hats, embroidered turbans, veils...all them shits. Come hither. You are welcome here.

Solange is currently on tour for her latest EP "True" that dropped a couple weeks ago. I've listened to a few tracks and it sounds pretty nice. Plus she looked adorable at her show in all types of retro garb and platform heels. I love that type of stuff.  I wouldn't mind seeing her live and apparently neither would her sister Beyonce.

Bey attended her show at Bowery Ballroom in NYC December 11th wearing a Torn by Ronny Kobo paisley print dress that was hugging those curves.We ain't mad at you girl.

From December 6-9, Miami Beach played host to hundreds of artists from all around the world for Art Basel.

Art Basel is one of the largest and most prestigious art shows in the world, and subsequently, it attracts art lovers everywhere and whole bag full of celebrities and artists. Celebs like Pharrell, Bey & Jay-Z, Cassie, Kanye, and more.

And of course there were lots of fabulous parties and music shows from the likes of Trinidad James, Danny Brown, and Azealia Banks. Catch me there next year gawking at some fabulous new innovative art piece. With music, art, and fashion, it's like the ultimate good time.
