Outfit Post: Fall Pastels.

Sweatshirt: Thrift,DIY / Skirt:  Mr. P / Sneakers: Walmart
"Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure." -Oprah Winfrey

Fall is in full swing right now, and I love it. With the leaves changing colors and that crisp air, it's perfect sweatshirt weather. If you love sweatshirts like me, why not take your sweatshirt game up a notch and opt for a cropped version? You can find them in some trendier stores now, or you can take an old sweatshirt and cut it yourself. I found this one at a second hand store. They always seem to have some retro/goofy sweatshirts that I find myself attracted to.

Peace,
Leslie Anne

Cool Sweatshirts via Tribal Paradise.

If you aren't familiar with the online mega-store Etsy, which allows you to host your own shop and sell merch, get familiar. There are a ton of interesting items and cheap buys. Think Ebay, but with a little more structure.

Anywho, while surfing my usual websites this morning, I came across an adorable sweatshirt that I need in my life immediately. A Mary-Kate and Ashley sweatshirt with "Thug Life" printed on it? Come to mama. It's kind've funny bc my sister was obsessed with M-K& A for like a million years, and we pretty much watched/ owned all of their movies and TV shows....and acted scenes out, and generally got weak at the commentary and silly songs. We also admired every little thing they wore, mostly in their teenage years when all their straight to video movies were coming out. Ode to joy.

Tribal Paradise is selling a plethora of printed black sweatshirts, including this Mary-Kate and Ashley one, Rihanna, Lana del Rey, Frank Ocean, Cudi, and more....each at only $20. The price really can't be beat. If you're interested, click here for their shop. They won't be selling sweatshirts past April 1st.

SSUR F/W 2012.

SSUR, a streetwear brand created by artist Ruslan Karablin, recently dropped their F/W 2012 collection.
This time around "Channel Zero", "Redrum", and "Crooklyn" compile the majority of the graphics.SSUR may seem unfamiliar, but if you're a hip hop fan, you've definitely seen it on A$AP Rocky. Nobody rocked "Comme des Fuckdown" harder than him.

I Might Wear Something Like This...

Neon Pink and Green Machine.

1. Quote stud earrings  2.Zig Zag Crewneck Sweatshirt  3.Police Hat  4.Neon Green Cambridge Co. Satchel 5. Marni Crystal Necklace -Sold Out 6. Quilted Faux Leather Skirt 7. Fuchsia Coltrane Cutout Boot

I'm a big fan of casual, comfortable clothes.
Majority of the time, even if I'm going out to a club, I like to keep it comfortable.

There's no way I'm going to have a good time if my feet hurt from wearing some impossible shoes and my shirt is too tight.
Na bruh, that won't be me.

Now this wouldn't be something I would wear to a "club", but I wouldn't shy away from something like a hookah bar or a chill spot to gather with friends and get a drink.

I love the fuchsia cutout boots because they are bold and daring.
And the neon green Cambridge Satchel Co. Satchel: Excuse me sir, why are you so adorable?

If you love bold colors, don't wait until you find something perfect to match it up with.
Throw it in there, anywhere, and make it the highlight of your outfit. That's the point, right?
It's supposed to be loud; it's supposed to command attention.

So I think it makes more sense to pair bold things with a more neutral palette and pick things that will contrast with one another like the satchel and the boots.

Let's not forget the police hat...
Let me explain myself.

I would rock THE FUCK out of that hat in a moments notice and nobody would be able to tell me a damn thing.

The main ingredient in a spectacular outfit is confidence.
Never leave home without it.
