“Style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not giving a damn” ― Gore VidalI found this skirt last weekend at a thrift store and wouldn't allow myself to pass it up. It's light weight, has a little texture to it, metal studs, and best of all: fringe! Vintage fringe finds make me tingly all over. I decided the high waisted nature of the skirt would be cute with this black bandeau top with a mesh panel and a pair of strappy black sandals. All black everything.
