Waddup.
I wanted to do a little styling to show how you can achieve two different looks with the same top. I've had this sweatshirt for a while now, but I did a little DIY and cut it into a crop top, because crop tops are just so adorable right now. Really couldn't resist.
So since it's Fall now, hells yes, I wanted to put together a couple outfits that you can wear while the weather starts to cool down.
Casual Sporty Look: The slinky printed pants (F21) are actually dress pants, but their baggy nature makes me look at them kind've like athletic pants. I paired them with tennis shoes and a fancy ass statement necklace. If it's one thing about the sporty look that you want to remember, it's making it not totally sporty. Wear an athletic top with dress pants, a skater skirt, or edgy shorts. A statement necklace is always helpful, and lipstick is pretty great too even though I forgot to wear some here. :( Also tennis shoes could easily be swapped out for heels, which would make the outfit a lot more chic. Either way, do you.
Grunge Rocker Look: For my second look, I added high waisted leopard skinnies (F21), and cut-out booties (Go Jane) that I love. I had been looking for a pair of cute cut-out shoes for Fall, and GoJane always provides for ya girl. The blingy necklace wouldn't really work here, so I added a metal headband and dark purple lipstick for a bit of edge. This is my favorite look of the two.
So which look do you prefer? Casual Sporty or Grunge Rocker?
