But Why Yal Have to Play Me Though?
Can I be extremely aggravated with the ridiculousness that is H&M? Oh I can? Cool.
So as you all know, I've been really excited about the Maison Martin Margiela collaboration with H&M that was just released yesterday. I got myself excited because they wrote the collection would be available both in stores and online.
Now, even though there are many H&M stores throughout the US, there were only so many that got the collection, which I'm sure is probably sold out in stores now. MY store was not one of the lucky ones. But that's cool, I'll just buy it online...
...or I guess I won't. For some reason H&M is still one of the few nationwide stores that doesn't allow you to purchase online. I don't want to go to your website so I can stare at your clothes, and then drive to the store to actually buy them. That's all types of counterproductive to me and just silly beyond words.
In order for me to get the two items I wanted from the Margiela x H&M collab, ya girl has to get on Ebay and pay too damn much for some items that would have only cost me 1/2 as much if I were able to buy them online through H&M.
The whole point of the collaboration is to allow the designers to reach the masses that wouldn't usually be able to afford their clothes. The clothes are more available, more affordable, perfection really. But when silly heads can't buy the clothes online and are forced to otherwise get them through a re-seller that is trying to profit on your thirst, then it kind've sucks.
I just don't understand their logic. Totally frustrated and befuddled.
